Fox News reports:

A migrant from Guatemala was arrested in connection to the heinous death of a woman who was lit on fire and burned to death on a subway train in Brooklyn, New York, on Sunday.

Sources identified the person of interest to Fox News Digital as 33-year-old Sebastin Zapeta, who has been charged with first- and second-degree murder, as well as first-degree arson.

While police did not identify the person of interest, a high-level NYPD source told Fox News Digital the individual entered the U.S. illegally from Guatemala in 2018, when President-elect Trump was president during his first term. The person of interest has no prior arrests in New York City and one prior arrest in Arizona, the source said, though details about the arrest were not available.

U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson Jeff Carter told Fox News Digital that Zapeta entered the U.S. without admission by an immigration officials.

U.S. Border Patrol in Sonoita, Arizona, encountered Zapeta June 1, 2018, and served him with an order of expedited removal and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) removed Zapeta from the U.S. to Guatemala June 7, 2018,” Carter said. “Zapeta unlawfully reentered the United States on an unknown date and location.”

New York Police Department (NYPD) officials said no charges had been filed in the case during a Sunday evening press conference.

The NYPD said the killing happened at the Stillwell Avenue Subway station in Coney Island at about 7:30 a.m.

Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch, during a press conference on Sunday evening, provided more insight into the crime.

“As the train pulled into the station, the suspect calmly walked up to the victim,” she said, explaining that the female victim was in a seated position. “The suspect used what we believe to be a lighter to ignite the victim’s clothing, which became fully engulfed in a matter of seconds.”

Keep in mind that this is the result of the People not understanding that they are the government and the enforcers of the law against their criminal politicians who allure these people into the US to use them against us.  This truly is the result of the People not following in their forefathers’ footsteps and bringing swift justice to those who are to represent us under the law but are instead serving themselves and their puppet masters.
