RFK Jr Has Inverted Priorities

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been busy “shaking up” the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to the applause of his supporters in the “Make America Healthy Again” agenda, screaming of his critics for dismantling the “beloved” bureaucracy, and questioning by a few skeptics of his “priorities”.

RFK Jr. has indicated HHS will cut 10,000 jobs across all agencies with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) being decreased by 3,500 jobs, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) being decreased by 2,400 jobs, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) being decreased by 300 jobs, and the National Institute of Health (NIH) being decreased by 1,200 jobs. He also indicated that 28 divisions will merge into 15, regional offices will be reduced from 10 to five, and a “new” Administration for a Healthy America will be created in an effort to streamline operations. Other actions by RFK Jr. at HHS include prioritizing investigation of vaccine-related injuries, greater transparency and improved vaccine injury reporting systems, and the creation of a new “unit” at the CDC for vaccine injuries.

There is absolutely no doubt the unconstitutional HHS is “over-bloated”. In actuality, it should not even exist. The Constitution for the united States of America provides zero authority for government intervention or control over health or healthcare. Is reorganization of an unconstitutional federal department more important than American lives? Getting rid of corruption and criminality is important, but why can’t American lives come first?

First, let’s start with the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots. With all the reported injuries and deaths contained in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), why has the priority not been to suspend these shots for full independent investigation? Likewise, with the DNA contamination, plasmid DNA, and the SV40 Sequence discovery, are these not additional concerns to warrant suspension? Moreover, the CDC has CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots listed on the childhood immunization schedule for 6-month-old infants – violating the FDA approval for 12 years old and older according to the package inserts (Moderna Spikevax and Pfizer Comirnaty). Where is RFK Jr. on these issues which are serious for the American people? Why has RFK Jr. not called the CDC on the carpet for recommending a CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon outside of the age group approved by the FDA?

That’s right, RFK Jr. recommended parents follow the CDC recommended immunization schedule which “recommends” a bioweapon shot not authorized for individuals less than 12 years old according to the manufacturer’s package insert contained on the FDA website and three doses of Hepatitis B “vaccines” which are usually indicated for a specific population – sex workers and IV drug users. Remember, the CDC “recommends” these products on the immunization schedule but the States have “mandated” these products for children to attend their public indoctrination centers known as schools. Regardless of what RFK Jr. says about vaccination being an individual choice, the States say otherwise. Knowing that, where is RFK Jr. on spearheading a review of recommended childhood vaccines that have not ever been clinical trialed using an inert placebo – the gold standard of clinical trials?

The emergency declaration for CONvid-1984 is still active. Since CONvid-1984 is over, there is no reason to keep the emergency declaration through December 31, 2029. Moreover, seasonal flu “vaccines” have been included in this emergency declaration. The Secretary of HHS can only declare an emergency when the “illness” is caused by CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) agent(s). Interestingly, the Secretary is not required to provide any physical evidence in support of the declaration nor is there any legal requirement “that any physical evidence (which need not be presented or adduced at all, …) meet any legal standard of evidence or standard of proof (such as ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ or ‘clear and convincing’.)” For a further slap in the face, “there is no venue (geographic region) or forum (court or tribunal) or legislature (Congress or state legislature) or federal or state prosecutor (US-Attorney General or state attorney general or district attorney) with legal authority to review the evidence (which need not be adduced at all, …) or to assess whether it meets or fails to meet any evidentiary standard (which is not required, …).” Very convenient for the government but very problematic for the people.

The emergency declaration, effective since April 2013, for H7N9 and now includes H5N1 is also active. It follows the same pattern as previously outlined. With these loopholes, the Secretary of HHS could declare “dog poo virus” an emergency without any physical evidence, or that evidence meeting any legal standard of proof, and no venue to basically challenge the declaration. This is ripe for abuse and is being used in an abusive manner. It was seen during the height of the CONvid-1984 planned scam-demic and will be seen again.

Agencies under HHS (FDA, CDC, CMS, NIH, etc.) have engaged in rule modification to provide support for these emergency declarations.

Why is RFK Jr. not on top of this to terminate the CONvid-1984 emergency declaration and terminate the H7N9 declaration active since 2013, and the H5N1 declaration active since July 2024? RFK Jr. is a lawyer – granted he dealt with mostly environmental issues, but where is his “legal eagle” eyes in analyzing and evaluating these emergency declarations implemented by his predecessors regarding government use of CBRN agents against the public? Shouldn’t that be part of the Make America Healthy Again agenda?

The majority of critical thinking Americans can certainly answer some or all of these questions.

What about this new vaccine adverse event reporting system? Collecting all the vaccine adverse events is certainly needed, no doubt. But, all the information in the world is worthless unless this information is evaluated, analyzed, and used appropriately to suspend or halt the use of vaccine(s) and/or rescind government approval.

The CDC already has “two sets of books” on vaccines. Known as the Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD), it has recorded patients injured and/or killed by vaccines reported by hospitals. “There’s more. You see, the VSD is really a PARTNERSHIP between the CDC and big health care providers. The providers’ patient records are automatically sent to the CDC. The CDC keeps them private.”

Does RFK Jr. know about this? If not, why? If he does, what is he going to do with this information, which proves that vaccines are not safe.

Therefore, the CDC knows the truth. They allow certain carefully chosen researchers access to the VSD to write studies that LIE about vaccine safety.

The CDC can then say, “See, we’re studying vaccine safety all the time, and there is no serious problem. Our studies prove that.”

So, when RFK Jr. claimed on national television there wasn’t enough data on vaccines, particularly CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots, it was not true since the CDC already has the information. And, the VSD contains more information than the current Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) that is voluntary. The VAERS indicates there is a problem, a huge one, with the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots that should have resulted in suspension of these products. RFK Jr. knows this about VAERS but has conveniently ignored it to give a “political” response. How can he claim to care about making Americans healthy again when he ignores a key product contributing to the decline of the health of Americans?

Blind supporters give RFK Jr. a “pass”, a “get out of jail free” card, and allow him to collect a proverbial $200 in the CONvid-1984 tyrannical game. These same supporters provide plenty of excuses for his lack of action regarding the very important issues while applauding his picking of low-hanging fruit. Basically, the public is holding RFK Jr. to the stance of his organization Children’s Health Defense that highlights vaccine injuries, when RFK Jr. has already “flip flopped” on his own stance and opinions. RFK Jr. must have learned some of that 5D chess from Trump.

It’s time to be the squeaky wheel in order to get some oil. But, like all other politicians, RFK Jr. will talk a good game, but when it comes time to take action, he will be missing like the rest and fall back to the example of Fauci, the flip-flopping fascist Fuhrer. Don’t expect any of the other heads of the FDA, CDC, or NIH to be any different. They are in their positions because of their willingness to “play ball” with the establishment. Thinking otherwise will cause more harm because supporters will be willing to take their advice on whatever dis-ease is presented. And, many are unwilling to hold the feet of these people to the fire or they “softball” their objections.

There is nothing wrong with giving someone a chance. But, RFK Jr. had already flip-flopped as seen in the confirmation hearings and before taking office. Who is it okay to lie to – the people or the Senate confirmation committee? If it’s neither, then “Houston, we have a problem”. When will the people know if he is telling them the truth or lying to them? A very wise parent once said, “If you lie to me once, then I will not ever know when you are telling the truth.” Looks like the same can be applied to RFK Jr.

It’s time he got his priorities in order.
