UFOs: A lull or diminution of interest?

That there’s been a general decline in UFOs as a zeitgeistian meme – even with the DeLonge/Bigelow spurt – is patently obvious and the decline has been ongoing for some time.

But there’s more to it than just a decline in interest; the phenomenon has become iffy also.

Reading more of the old humanoid contact cases in Rosales’ books (the 1950-1954 volume my current read), many recalled stories more than outright news reports from the time such contacts allegedly took place, I find that no one today (2018) is reporting humanoid contacts and “alien abductions” have descended into the muck of foolishness pretty much.

UFO sightings are mostly of lights in the sky, and no one has produced a credible photograph even with the ubiquity of phones with cameras and photographic abilities (although tons of photos of dogs and people – selfies – are being snapped non-stop).

I’m a huge fan of Jose Antonio Caravaca’s “Distortion Theory” and “external agent” insight, even with its hazy descriptive so far in his theory’s evolution.

But Jose’s theory is only applicable to old humanoid contact cases. No one is claiming contact with aliens (extraterrestrials) nowadays.

And UFO sightings are not only on the wane but those that are reported are so unexciting that none can create interest in UFO buffs let alone the public at large.

The UFO crowd, me among them, keeps going back to old (classic) cases for their UFO fix, but how long can one maintain interest in a topic that has become turbid to the point of banality?

UFOs and ufology need a shot in the arm (or maybe the head to kill the matter off, once and for all).

Meanwhile, the slide into paranormal arcanity and/or theoretical physics and philosophical obscurantism by some ufologists and brilliant UFO off-rampers, like Bryan Sentes or Eric Wargo, often promoted by Chris Savia (for The Anomalist), are in vogue.

That’s something to keep us meandering UFO nuts enthused….for now.

I think it’s a lull. I live 40 miles southeast of Area 51 and up until the past year we were seeing so many weird UFO’s we had a hard time keeping up with tracking them and had to start a log. Now, for the past year, nada. We are wondering where in hell they all went.

I recently attempted to report a major encounter/ discovery of what are clearly interdimensional beings occupying cave areas and entrances to the inner earth in remote areas and in possession of parked UFO craft and a high technology “tube” transport system replete with what now totals approx 600 photographs. THEY ARE HERE…NOW….AND IN MASSIVE NUMBERS…ANd Doing EVIL things to humans that you would not even begin to believe without the corresponding photos….which I DO HAVE. MUFON could not have cared less. They assigned me a top investigator who just couldn’t manage to find the time to interview me or investigate. MUFON has become a self aggrandizing self serving anachronistic JOKE. They have their eyes GLUED to the sky for reports of fleeting images of unidentified craft…when in fact they are literally tripping over the “alien beings” they purport to investigate…THATARE SITTING RIGHT AT THEIR FEETAND RAISING UNHOLY HELL WITH HUMANITY! It is almost laughable….or they are afraid to be part of revealing a much grander and more threatening problem to the world.
