Judy Note: For big bucks, the Vatican and their drug cartels regularly funnel children through international pedophile rings to Satan worshipping businessmen, politicians and members of European royal families according to victim testimonies eleven years ago at the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels.

Beginning in May 2014 more than 34 eyewitnesses gave their depositions to the ICLCJ Court about their childhood sexual abuse and forced participation in child sacrifices by these global elites of the Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult.

Five international court judges considered evidence against Ninth Circle Cult members including the trial’s chief defendant, Pope Francis, plus former Pope Ratzinger and Queen Elizabeth.

In 2013 this same ICLCJ Court found Queen Elizabeth and Pope Ratzinger guilty of Crimes Against Humanity and issued arrest warrants against them.

A European mafia known as “Octopus” or Ndrangheta, was said to make considerable money by securing drugs and children for the upper echelons of Pope Francis’ Catholic and Queen Elizabeth’s Anglican Churches, royal family members and European, Canadian, Australian and US politicians and corporate heads.

“The Catholic Church is clearly the largest baby trafficker in human history, making billions each year by selling Catholic newborns to orphanages, foster agencies and undisclosed parties” Antonio Barrero testified before five judges of the ICLCJ Court. “In Spain alone between 1940 and 1980, the Catholic Church reaped over $20 billion by trafficking more than 300,000 children.”

“The now Pope Francis organized the marketing of those more than 30,000 children of Argentine political prisoners” according to a ICLCJ Court witness identified only as Number 32. In the 1970s-1980s the witness was a former Argentine civil servant who was present in meetings between the now-Pope Francis and the Junta Military during Argentine’s Dirty War.

The Court recessed to do further research after the ICLC Court Chief Prosecutor professed a link between the British, Dutch and Belgian royal families and the disappearances and killing of Mohawk children at Queen Elizabeth’s Church of England or Anglican’s Brantford Indian Residential School in Ontario Canada.

“The ‘Ndrangheta syndicate obtains its child fodder through its deep involvement with the child-snatching Roman Catholic Church and top Vatican officials” a Radical Party member of the Italian Parliament, Matteo Macceo, told Kevin Annett of the ICLCJ Court. “The modern Mafia are the same people who run the Catholic Church and Italian government. They’re indistinguishable. They’re all in the same club. Their main concern is their assets, which come from organized crime: drugs, arms dealing and human trafficking.”

“Crime pays and nothing pays as well as selling human beings, especially children” Annett said. “Last month, I was contacted by a retired Dutch lawyer whose former husband is a member of the criminal syndicate that provides the children and adolescents used in Ninth Circle ritualistic “hunting parties” in Belgium. I’ll call her Josephine. According to Josephine, in the Springs of 2000 and 2004 her ex-husband, along with Octopus members, provided ten children and adolescents who were then stripped naked, let loose, hunted down, killed and mutilated by wealthy men in forests near Oudergem, Belgium.

“She was told the victims were kids from the juvenile detention centers in Brussels. The global elite killers were thought to be members of the Ninth Circle and included Prince Friso of Holland, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Prince Albert of Belgium. Satan worshippers are known to think that certain numbers have mystical qualities. Notice their use of the number ten when choosing their victims. After they shot down the ten young ones they cut off the boys’ penises and held them up like trophies, cheering and applauding.”

According to last year’s ICLCJ Court findings, on Oct. 10 1964 Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip took ten children around the age of ten from the Kamloops Residential School in British Columbia. Their native parents haven’t seen them since. The Kamloops school closed in 1978, though a child mass grave site wasn’t discovered on the Kamloops school grounds until last year. Since 2008 Queen Elizabeth and the Canadian government have refused Annett’s ITCCS’s continuous requests for excavation of 34 child mass grave sites discovered on some of the 80 native residential school grounds across Canada.

Vatican and European Royal family members of the Ninth Circle were said to have scheduled child sacrifices for August 15 (2014) and on the new moon in September (2014) at the Carnarvon Castle in Wales, Balmoral Castle in Scotland and Marie Reine du Monde Catholic Cathedral in Montreal Canada.

The court was presently in recess while evidence was being gathered in hopes the five judges and 27 jury members could reach a verdict by this Fall. Because of the large amount of victims coming forward to testify about Ninth Circle activities more indictments were expected to follow. A third international court was planned for next year (2015).

Last year’s 2013 ICLCJ Court found 40 global elites guilty in the disappearance of over 500,000 native Canadian children. A few days later Pope Ratzinger resigned from his office. Evidence presented at last year’s court could be found in Annett’s book “Hidden No Longer.”

The ICLCJ International Court has over 450 Common Law Peace Officers in 13 countries, with 51 local chartered groups operating.

All Tom Fairbanks did was to spend much of his life gathering evidence on the Ritual Abuse of children in Utah. In early March 2024 he was arrested and placed in the Utah Weber County Jail. For what? The real reason for attacks on Tom appeared to be that the Powers That Be couldn’t afford to have someone with Tom’s very valid evidence of SRA cases to be running around unchecked. Fairbanks’ problems began when he decided to take his evidence of Satanic Ritual Abuse of children to share with Utah governmental powers. No sooner had he done so when a tsunami of problems began to plague his life including being poisoned and suffering years of court battles on made up cases.

On Fri. 11 April 2025 Tom wrote the following upon finally receiving his trial transcript from the Utah Attorney General’s Office:

 

“I was consumed with reading through my trial transcript and when I looked up it was lockdown time for the nightly count. – My cellmates, individually, repeatedly commented about the volume of work I was reading and one even asked if I was writing a book.

 

“This has been a rather disturbing activity because through all of this, I guess I have still had a naive belief (hope or wish) that there would be an intent, by the officers of the court, to follow the lawful procedures guaranteed us in the Constitution. Unfortunately, that hope was shattered last night with the realization that my trial transcript has been edited or altered in a conspiratorial fashion.

 

“I have not yet finished going through the transcript, but it is painfully obvious that RuthAnn Holloway’s testimony on the witness stand is missing questions asked by my public defender, Spencer Rice, about rehearsing her testimony, the night before – Sunday night) in the courtroom. Everything from that question to Spencer Rice’s return to the defense table with his declaration that Ruth Ann had lied on the witness stand has been removed from the transcript. The prosecutor’s rebuttal that he told her just to tell the truth is there, but all of the actions between have been removed.

 

“There is also an acknowledgement in the transcript by Spencer Rice that the witness from the Adult Protection Services, who would be testifying on my behalf, was being prevented from appearing by the Utah State Attorney General’s Office. However, the theatrical performance by Judge Parrish about holding the witness in contempt of court, until he appeared, through the agreed upon stipulation of the things he would testify to have all been removed from the transcript.

 

“These are not simple deletions, too many people are involved. Judge Parrish, the clerk of the court, the court reporter, the other assistant court clerk, the prosecutors, my public defenders, and the transcriptionist are all involved or have knowledge of the deletions. They are the conspirators and the conspiracy is the fraud perpetuated upon and in the court.

 

“My email to Spencer Rice, that very day, asking him how he knew about RuthAnn’s practicing her testimony on the witness stand the night before, my questions about who allowed that to happen, and my demand for a mistrial went unanswered. Now, we know why!

 

“So, when I filed the appeal to JAG, which was ignored and then sealed, I actually provided them with a roadmap of what needed to be removed from the transcript. I am sure that the electronic records has been destroyed, God help them if it hasn’t. Fortunately, for me there has to be a weakest link in the conspiracy. The three most plausible are Spencer Rice, since he was appointed to protect my Constitutional rights; the court reporter, whose job it is to take an accurate record of the trial; or the one who transcribed the electronic record. (I seriously doubt that the transcriptionist was the one who made the deletions and don’t believe she would be willing to take the fall.)

 

“Having just read about the government corruption in the Randy Weaver criminal trial and having witnessed the lawfare used against President Trump and almost countless patriots trying to defend the Constitution along with the government’s double jeopardy used against Ken Cromar, I recognize a cover-up when I see one! But I have never seen such effort like this, involving every party in the trial system, the court, Judge Parrish, the prosecutors, and the defense team, to bury the truth.
