Today, January 20, 2025 was the Inauguration of President of Donald J. Trump.
It is the 60th inauguration ceremony to be held in America.

But we still have important Arkansas legislation coming up on Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning, January 21 and 22, 2025.

Here is Tuesday’s Agenda (January 21, 2025) for the Senate Committee on State Agencies and Governmental Affairs (Old Supreme Court /OSC)

• Please help support: Good Water Systems Legislation for local control of water fluoridation–Tuesday morning: Senator Clint Penzo (R) and Senator Bryan King (R) are the sponsors of SB4:  scheduled for 10:00am Tuesday morning in the Senate State Agencies & Govt’l Affairs Committee. Here’s our recent article warning about fluoridation. We should’ve had a stronger bill. Fluoride is so toxic that it should be completely banned from being added to our drinking water.  

• Please help support: Good FOIA Legislation–Tuesday morning: Senator Bryan King is the sponsor of SB12 & SJR1:  scheduled to be on the agenda at 10:00am Tuesday morning the Senate State Agencies & Govt’l Affairs Committee. We must help to keep transparency within the government open, which includes federal, state, and local! Things done in secret are not good for us…

And here is Tuesday’s Agenda (January 21, 2025) for the House Committee on Judiciary (Room 149)

• Please help oppose: Bad FOIA Legislation–Tuesday morning: Representative McElroy is the sponsor of HB1122. It, too, is scheduled to be heard 10:00am Tuesday morning in the House Judiciary Committee. We strongly oppose the language on page 3; lines 2-8 in this bill. Repeatedly, we are seeing the government cover-up their suspicious actions and the harm they may have caused because they want to function away from public scrutiny.

Here is Wednesday’s Agenda (January 22, 2025) for the House Committee on State Agencies and Governmental Affairs (Room 151)

• Please help oppose: Bad Article V (Con-Con/ Federal Convention Call) Legislation–Wednesday morning: Representative Jack Ladyman is sponsoring HJR1004:  scheduled to be heard at 10:00am Wednesday morning in the House Committee on State Agencies & Govt’l Affairs. Here’s our recent article warning about an Article V Federal Convention. Opponents insist that it’s nothing more than a Convention of States… Please don’t believe this lie. Having a federal convention puts everything at risk. We could come out of a convention with an entirely new system that ushers in tyranny.

Today, President Donald J. Trump has sworn, once again, to protect the Constitution of the United States.
