Kupiansk-Svatove Direction: Situation Around Kupiansk and Advance of Russian Troops in Zahryziovo

In the Kupiansk-Svatove direction, the offensive of Russian troops on the left bank of the Oskil River continues. Over the past few days, the Russian troops have achieved significant success in Zahryziovo and approached the northern outskirts of Bohuslávka.

▪️The situation on the northeastern approaches to Kupiansk remains tense. Thanks to the geolocation of the incoming videos from the area, it was possible to establish that some time ago, the Russian Armed Forces withdrew from the city limits to the fortified positions north of Petropavlivka.

❗️This decision is likely due to supply problems for the assault units amid the enemy’s UAV activity and the involvement of additional reserves. No new attempts by the Russian Armed Forces to enter the city outskirts have been reported.

▪️Fierce battles in Zahryziovo have been going on for more than a week. Earlier, the Russian assault troops during the assault seized the northern and central parts of the village, pushing the enemy back to the southern outskirts.

▪️Today, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the complete liberation of the settlement, but it is currently not possible to confirm the presence of the Russian Armed Forces on the southern outskirts. However, given that about 90% of the village is under the control of Russian troops, it is most likely that footage will soon be received from the site with the raising of flags – as is usually the case in such situations.
