Residual energy can be found all over the world. Residual energy is non-intelligent. Residual energy is like a recording tape, it replays an incident over-and-over again. The incident can be positive, or it could be negative. I am going to give you two examples of strong negative energy that replays itself over-and-over again. The negative energy that is the strongest, usually involves some kind of death. A murder, an accident, etc. Information received from my brother Andy Somprise Soyo, he told me that certain areas of the Alaskan pipeline are haunted. The reason why those certain areas are haunted is due to the fact of horrible accidents that occurred on the pipeline. 32 people died during the construction of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS), including Alaskan employees, contractors, and subcontractors. My brother Andy worked on the Alaskan pipeline from 1975 to 1976. The pipeline was built between April 1974 and June 1977, and more than 70,000 people worked on it. The construction cost was approximately $8 billion, and the largest camp was at the Valdez Marine Terminal with 3,480 beds. Andy was being assigned to work on a certain section of pipe and was surprised that many of the workers at the camp were telling Andy that the section he is being assigned to is very haunted. The workers told Andy that a worker named Luis was assigned to that part of the pipeline. Luis was working on an elevated platform, lost his balance and fell to his death. Luis was screaming: “Noooooooooooooooo!” When Andy was assigned that section, on the 3rd day, there was loud crackling sounds that Andy and his team of workers heard. Then a nerve shattering scream was heard and the word “no” being said in the extended form. One worker said that he actually saw Luis on an elevated platform and then fall off. The platform slowly faded away, taking with it the spirit of Luis. When Andy confronted his Field Director, the Field Director laughed and said that the section of pipeline that Andy was assigned to, was not haunted and it’s the imagination of the workers. When the Field Director finished his sentence, his coffee cup moved across his desk on its own. The Field Director seeing this, became scared and apologized for saying that the pipeline section was not haunted. The Field Director also did a prayer to Luis, asking Luis to go towards the light and to leave his workers alone.

The movement of the coffee cup, I believe is residual, because when Luis fell off the platform to his death, the Field Director at the time did exactly that, pushed his coffee cup off his desk and ran outside to the side of Luis laying out in the field. Andy worked on this section of pipeline for 3 days and on all 3 days, he heard crackling noises and one of the days, he heard a man yell….”noooooooooooo”. Andy’s co-worker saw a coffee cup slide across the desk on its own. Yes, I believe the events of that fateful day are being played out over and over again.

Another case of residual energy playing out repeatedly is when I had my team (HPI – Halo Paranormal Investigations) go out to 5 roadside memorials aka Descansos. They are easy to spot out, they usually have crosses, flowers, wreaths, signs, photos of the victims at the memorial, which is placed on the side of the road. We did EVP sessions at each Descanso site. We also took pictures. In one of the photos taken by an investigator-in-training, showed mist by the memorial. Carl Wong conducted an EVP session at one of the Descanso(s) and you can hear 2 women screaming and the sound of a car crashing into a tree. Come to find out there was a late-night crash, in which a vehicle smashed into a tree. Two women were in the car and the driver survived and the passenger died. The residual effects of that car crash live on forever and will replay itself over-and-over again.
