THIS IS THE FINAL Saturday Mornings ‘Family Bible Moment’ of this series.

This allows adults and parents to interact and share a short Bible Topic with their families at the Breakfast Table. This is an illustrative story of a man who decided to cross a desert just like Moses did thousands of years ago as it was written in the Bible.

He thought he was just as strong and wise as Moses and began his adventure to try to cross a certain desert by himself.

A few days into his adventure,  he suddenly realized he was lost and things were not going as expected. On top of that, he realized he was unprepared and his provisions were starting to be depleted much before he would get across the desert.

It did not take long before he was out of food and water.

Though very tired, hungry, and thirsty, he kept on going in the direction where the next Oasis was supposed to be to save himself.

To his surprise, later that day, he saw in a distance some kind of a structure, which gave him encouragement and hope that it was the Oasis he sought.

After a long, slow walk in the heat of the sun, he did manage to reach that structure.

To his dismay, it  was not the Oasis he was expecting to reach but at least it was a shelter from the hot blazing sun and wind.

Once he caught his breath, he noticed that there was a door leading to the interior of the structure. He forced it open, hoping to find a well from which he could finally get some lifesaving water or perhaps someone might have left emergency provisions for a lost wanderer like him.

But instead, what he found was a very detailed written instructions, a shovel, rope and a bucket as how to dig the well.

The purpose of this illustrative story is show you how Satan has diverted the Church of Jesus Christ from being the source of the Gospel and a ready point of shelter and rescue for the dying world.

In reality, since after the early believers of Jesus Christ who experienced remarkable success in doing  what Jesus commissioned them to do “go and the spread The Gospel,  The Kingdom of God, Heal the sick, raise the dead, restore the lame and have dominion over the demons to deliver all from their oppression and influence, the church is “trying to dig their own well.”

At that time, neither the 12 close disciples, that later became the Apostles, or the group of 70 other disciples were ‘Born Again’ or filled with the Holy Spirit or had the ‘Eternal Life that God’s and Jesus Covenant made available after Jesus’ suffering, death and resurrection’ but went and did what Jesus told them to do with the authority of His Words alone. They were faithful followers of God’s command  to obey and do the once-a-year required temporary ordinance of taking one of the selected animals that was totally blemish free to the priest, who would then examine their blood offering of their  sins of the person offering and prepare for the blood offering on the altar of fire to remit their sins for a year. All the disciples returned to Jesus and reported to Jesus that they were able to do what He had asked them to do and even the demons obeyed them.

In contrast, in meetings after meetings. the believers of Jesus Christ efforts are in teaching, reviewing and discussing what the Bible says (which is very good and necessary) rather than also acting on the Words of Jesus and be the ready and operating place of shelter and refuge for dying and suffering humanity. Instead, many church denominations have become the world’s greatest social and behavioral organization and not practicing the Gospel that through the Death, Resurrection and Blood Covenant of Jesus they can have the permanent remittance of their sins and receive the Eternal Life instantly being Born Again a new creation with everything new in the Kingdom of God.Once Born Again they have a Brand New Spirit sensitive to the leading of The Holy Spirit but their Soul – Mind – has yet to be renewed with the Word of God through the revelations and anointing of The Holy Spirit to overcome their leading of the flesh (Old Nature).

Jesus told His disciples it will be expedient for them for Him to go so God could send the Holy Spirit who will be their comforter, teacher and He would reveal to them the current will of Jesus so that they can do even greater works than the ones He did to Glorify Him.

Just like the man in the desert did not find an already dug up well with lifesaving water to save his life, the church attendees have been receiving awareness, examples and instructions rather than the much-needed deliverance and survival training so through the believers be prepared, trained and ready to minister to the sick, hungry, lonely and hurting mankind and deliver those who are oppressed by the demonic evil forces and save the world from eternal death through the salvation of their souls through Jesus.

My prayer is that everyone who reads this will become aware that after they have received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and are Born Again they are also already commissioned to allow God to work by Jesus through The Holy Spirit to continue to do and accomplish what Jesus taught the 12 and 70 of his disciples to go out and do.

The main success Satan has had is to divide the believers in misleading them that the gifts of the Holy Spirit have passed away or were only meant for the very few holy appointed or elected individuals.

Lastly, the most misleading tool that Satan has been using to mislead the believers of Jesus Christ is that the ‘Eternal Life’ and ‘Faith’ are the promises only for them after their death and after they have gone to heaven. That does not make any sense, because in Heaven their is no Satan, sickness, evil, diseases or confusion or death very much like it was in the Garden of Eden until Adam and Eve disobeyed God and sinned.

The matter of the truth is to have and do what Jesus has taught us by having FAITH IN GOD’S WORD TO PERFORM more and far more by using their own faith as small as a mustard seed. “Let the Word of God work mightily in you and do the miracles to “GLORIFY JESUS.”

But as you read the Book of Genesis and John 3:16 you will see that the Eternal Life was the presence of God’s Life to provide Adam and Eve the authority and power to “Have dominion over the Earth and everything upon it and to REPLENISH THE EARTH” and could be done only after they received God’s Eternal Life and Words.

There was no sickness, disease or death until Adam and Eve sinned and touched and ate the fruit of the Tree of Good and Evil that God that God had commanded and forbidden them to do and if they did they would lose the ‘THE ETERNAL LIFE’ and be destined to Hell and damnation. As we know, Adam and Eve did touch and eat the fruit and instantly their SPIRITS died, flowing of God’s Eternal Life was severed leaving them heading to eternal death and damnation.

When Jesus though being SINLESS HIMSELF became the living blood sacrifice, suffered and took our sins upon himself, died by submitting “HIS SPIRIT IN THE HANDS OF GOD” and was resurrected on the 3^rd Day as God had promised Jesus ‘that the temple will be restored on the 3rd day” and Jesus arose in hell mocked and bruised the head of Satan as God had told Satan in the book of Genesis Jesus took back the “keys of Hell and Death” from Satan. Jesus succeeded in making the path available to “WHOSOEVER” to again receive “THE ETERNAL LIFE” and then be qualified to do what Jesus had commanded “THE WHOSOEVER BELIEVERS OF JESUS CHRIST” to also go “spread the Gospel, heal the Sick, raise the dead, give limbs to the lame, heal the leapers and free the those who are oppressed or possessed by the demonic forces and influence. “

Jesus came to Glorify God and establish the only way for man to reestablish a relationship with God and is not a religion.

What makes the Gospel of Jesus Christ very different than every other set of  beliefs or religion the world follows is that God has provided through Jesus already a way for remittance of our sins and become a child of God and have the joy and privilege to start living the promises of the Kingdom of God in this life and live with God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit after this life.
