So far the second Trump Administration has been an overwhelming success, putting many moonbats in a funk. This ought to cheer them up:

Planned Parenthood aborted a record 402,200 unborn babies between 2023 and 2024, according to its recently released annual report.

Financial news is also great for Planned Parenthood and its supporters, thanks to ever more lavish coercive financing:

The 2023-2024 report additionally showed that Planned Parenthood received $792.2 million in government health services reimbursements and grants, constituting 39% of its annual revenue. The previous year, the organization had received nearly $700 million in government funds, making up 34% of its revenue.

As with many things progressive, Planned Parenthood calls itself the opposite of what it really is, lest people recoil in horror. Business is humming along so successfully that it is dropping the facade:

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America issued a statement in response to the report, stating that Planned Parenthood’s interactions with pregnant women are now almost exclusively limited to abortions, rather than focusing on prenatal services, miscarriage care, or adoption referrals.

Now is the time to expand into new realms of antimoral degeneracy:

The national pro-life organization added that Planned Parenthood has added transgender ideology, undermining of parental rights, and political spending to its list of priorities.

The technical term for political spending by an organization that is largely financed by the government is money laundering.

Liberals are clutching their pearls because Leo XIV may be Catholic rather than a moonbat. Again there is reason not to pout. Like rust, insidious subversion never sleeps:

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago has contracted with a lobbying firm [Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies] that also represents organizations supporting or providing abortions, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

In the new pope’s hometown, Catholic Charities “is one of the region’s largest providers of services ranging from housing to immigration support.”

Beyond client representation, the Sun-Times found that Cozen O’Connor and its employees have contributed to political campaigns and committees known for supporting abortion services.

Intones a spokeswoman for Catholic Charities:

“Advocating on behalf of people who are vulnerable and in need is our mission, and we value the partners who walk with us in that mission.”

In a fallen world, disciples of the Devil can always find cause to cheer.
