Ketanji Brown Jackson Defends Activist Judges

The judiciary advances our demographic displacement by helping Democrats keep the border open. This did not start with the current administration (see e.g. here, here). However, its efforts have gone into overdrive since the last election, as leftists on the bench attempt to hamstring Trump.

Obama appointee James Boasberg, much deserving of removal from the bench per H.Res.270, is an egregious example. Via ZeroHedge:

Boasberg issued orders forbidding the deportation of alleged Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act and then said the Trump administration disobeyed those orders. The Trump administration denies it flouted the orders and said some deportation flights had already left U.S. airspace before the initial written order was issued.

Looks like a conspicuously silly DEI hire has Boasberg’s back. ZeroHedge again:

People who criticize activist judges (who often refuse to recuse themselves amid wide-ranging conflicts of interest while ruling against Donald Trump’s agenda) are ‘attacking democracy,’ according to US Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Barks Brown Jackson:

“The attacks are not random. They seem designed to intimidate those of us who serve in this critical capacity.”

Preventing the democratically elected president from governing or even defending the country from foreign invasion could be what she means by “critical capacity.” The remarks appear to be inspired at least in part by Boasberg’s potential impeachment.

“The threats and harassment are attacks on our democracy, on our system of government. And they ultimately risk undermining our Constitution and the rule of law.”

“Our democracy” is either a euphemism for Democrat rule or a mischaracterization of America’s constitutional republic. If the latter, Ketanji confirms the saying that with Democrats, every accusation is a confession.
