The Sovereign Land Morena (formerly known as United States of (for) America, America, United States, U.S. and/ or U.S.A)
There is a 30 day period within your government between the election of your president and their term ceremony, whereby someone with historical continuity to the land (the original Republic) gives notice to your government to inform them the land has been re-claimed by an heir to the land who is in their proper status and standing. I, Denderah Cherokee Washitaw Brothers El, AM here today to give such notice.
Notice to All World Governments, Nations, States and Bodies, The United States of America is reestablished (and reclaimed) as The Sovereign Land Morena.
We, The People of the Land Morena, Formerly known as The United States of (for) America, United States, U.S., hereby inform all world governments, nations, states and bodies the land is reestablished as Morena; a sovereign, non-state, and independent land of communities.

In order for governments to exist they must uphold and abide by International Laws, their United Nations Charter Member Agreements (minus Free, Prior and Informed Consent), and United Nations Conventions as it relates to indigenous people of those lands who gave them the right to establish colonies (trading post).
When governments fail to uphold these original agreements, commit acts of genocide and/or mass incarceration of the heirs to the land, they lose all rights and power of authority (real or implied) and forfeit land and natural resource usage.
Postliminium was issued on November 01, 2014, which is a term of public international law. The term invalidates all illegitimate acts that an occupant may have performed on a given territory. It is applied, in international law, to the recapture of property taken by an enemy, and its consequent restoration to its original owner.
Postliminium therefore, according to its original signification, means the right, accruing to anyone in consequence of his return home from captivity.
Effective Immediately the United States of (for) America, U.S.A., The United States, U.S. operating as a government, Nation, States no longer hold public or private position with rights to people (persons), land*, or natural resources; along with its subsidiaries and international partners and disconnect all adhesion agreements.
This Order is Effective Now throughout the land*.
Land* The term ‘land’ includes all physical elements in the wealth of a nation bestowed by nature; such as climate, environment, fields, forests, minerals, mountains, lakes, streams, seas, and animals. As an asset, it includes anything (1) on the ground, (such as, buildings, crops, fences, trees, water), (2) above the ground (air and space rights), and (3) under the ground (mineral rights) down to the center of the Earth.
