The funeral of Comrade Kudupudi Raghavamma was held in her native village, Thottaramudi, Ainavilli Mandal. Graduate MLC IVR of East and West Godavari districts, alongside CPM leaders and public organization representatives, paid tribute to her relentless commitment to public causes and communist values.

He remarked on her unwavering dedication to raising her voice on public issues and her leadership in various movements.

At the funeral, held in Thottaramudi, CPM leaders and activists honoured Raghavamma’s contributions. MLC IVR highlighted her unique partnership with her husband, Kudupudi Narasimha Rao, a teacher and activist in the UTF movement. Together, they participated in numerous public movements, holding the red flag high.

Leaders noted Raghavamma’s active role in the agricultural workers’ union, women’s union, and public organizations. Despite personal challenges, she remained steadfast in her commitment to the public causes, even supporting her family with a meager pension after her husband’s passing.
