Marines Remove Deep State FEC Chairwoman Ellen Weintraub from Office

White Hats on Friday physically removed Federal Election Commission chairwoman Ellen Weintraub from her office after President Trump fired her and she refused to vacate the premises, a source in General Eric M. Smith’s office told Real Raw News.

Weintraub, a frequent critic of President Trump and a Deep State operator, received notice Friday morning saying that her services were no longer required and that she needed to pack her belongings for a hasty departure. A furious Weintraub rebuked Trump’s order, locking herself inside the office and posting to X, formerly Twitter, “Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner & Chair. There’s a legal way to replace FEC commissioners—I’m not leaving.”

Although appointed to a six-year term at the FEC in 2002, Weintraub had stayed beyond her term because outdated, archaic federal law allows a commissioner to retain the position indefinitely or until a qualified replacement is found. She had undoubtedly outlived her uselessness.

According to our source, President Trump uncovered evidence that Weintraub had committed election fraud on behalf of the DNC in 2020 and 2024 and, having conferred with Attorney General Pam Bondi, asked Capitol Police to detain wily Weintraub by force if necessary. But a disobedient Capitol Police leader, Assistant Chief of Police for Protective and Intelligence Operations Ashan M. Benedict, a Biden pal, reportedly refused to intervene, citing policies and procedures and saying he had to review all evidence before his staff  “risked jobs or prison time” by enforcing a potentially illegal arrest.

Our source said either Trump or Bondi told Benedict the evidence was classified and not for his eyes. Benedict said that if Trump opposed his refusal, he should contact Capitol Police general counsel Thomas DiBiase.

President Trump called General Smith instead.

That afternoon, Marines from Marine Corps Base Quantico arrived outside Weintraub’s office. They tried to parley with her, but she had locked and barricaded the door and shouted that she wouldn’t “in a million years” leave unless she was given termination papers authored by the proper channels.

“President Trump is the proper channel,” a Marine lieutenant told her, and beseeched her to surrender peacefully so they wouldn’t have to bash down the door and drag her through the lobby in handcuffs.

“We can take you out the service entrance, ma’am, but one way or the other, you’re coming with us,” the lieutenant said.

She screamed at the top of her lungs: “Someone help me!”

“We’ve cleared the floor, ma’am; there is no help,” said the Marine lieutenant. “We’re offering you every courtesy to do this correctly.”

Following a 10-minute impasse, the Marines, having acquired a duplicate key from maintenance, unlocked and kicked down the door, dislodging a chair and small table Weintraub had placed before it.

The Marines, our source said, had to tackle and subdue her because the 68-year-old buzzard wouldn’t stop flailing her fingernails at the Marines’ faces.

“They also gagged her; she was gnashing her chompers to bite them,” our source said.

In closing, our source said the Marines successfully hauled her to a parking garage and brought her to a processing center for interrogation.

The fate of Ashan M. Benedict, obviously a traitor, is unclear at this time.
