To My Christian Brothers and Sisters that Don’t want to Hear About the End-Times, because it Makes You Uncomfortable… Pull Up a Chair. We Have to Talk About THIS!

I have expressed this before, but I have simply been amazed from the response that I have received from people very close to me, when discussing “end-times”. They simply do not want to hear about Jesus Christ coming back to the earth, because “End-Times” make them feel uncomfortable. Seriously?!? You’re uncomfortable… That’s the reason is that you are uncomfortable?

You and Me were saved to come down to earth for the purpose of being here for the end-times…Right? Have you been taught that? We were saved until now, why and for what reason?

Here’s some reasons that quickly come to mind:

The Day of the Lord Is Near

Joel 2:1 (KJV)

“Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand;”

We Must Preach the Word with Urgency

2 Timothy 4:2 (KJV)

“Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.”

We Must Warn Others

Ezekiel 33:6 (KJV)

“But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned… his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.”

Jesus Will Return in Power and Glory

Matthew 24:30 (KJV)

“And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven… and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.”

You have been chosen by God for these last days to warn others that Jesus Christ is coming back, and YOU don’t even want to hear about it because it makes you uncomfortable? That’s honestly the most selfish thing that I have ever heard!

If you don’t hear about it and study it, how can you teach others about it?

Can I respectfully ask, then what are you currently doing to warn others and teach about His coming, to fulfill your purpose of being saved until the last days?

We are the watchmen, called to warn the world and preach the return of Jesus Christ with clarity and conviction. His return is not a myth—it’s a biblical promise and a future reality. Let us boldly declare:

“Jesus Christ is coming again—prepare your heart and trust in Him today!”

Have you done any of that, or does that make you uncomfortable as well?

OK… Let me switch gears. I know that God’s message needs to be presented with love and concern for others. I know that this came across heavy, but perhaps it needed to be said, and I certainly don’t mind being the one to let you know.

I think back about the Old Testament, and all of the prophets and others who shared what they knew about the Messiah coming to the Earth. An impossible thing to imagine, that the Son of God would actually be coming down to this earth! We all benefited from them being courageous enough to preach of something that others might have thought was “crazy talk”.

We are simply 7-8 years away from the Savior coming back again to earth. We, as followers of Christ, need to do all that we can in letting others know this news. The final 7 years is PACKED with Major Events that people need to know about. It is crucial that WE know, so that we can explain it to others. Let’s move past your uncomfortableness and start learning.

I think about this scripture often… and deeply:

“But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned… his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.”

Suppose you have a child that you love who is all about rebellion. There is NO WAY that he knows anything about the last 7 years on earth. And, you choose not to even tell him about it, for whatever reason.

The antichrist comes upon the world stage. Your child is immediately impressed with the “leadership” skills of this man, and starts to follow him. As written, many people, (perhaps even the elect) will be deceived and take his mark…(essentially selling their soul). And…You said nothing to warn them about what was indeed about to go down.

“…his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.”

So, not out of threat, but out of LOVE, don’t you want others to know about the end-times, so that they can see the protection that God has planned?

I know that there are consequences from trying to spread this word. Many times, I feel like Noah, trying to warn of a flood that is coming, only to be shoved aside and ignored…But, I’m doing my part. I’m doing what God has saved me for this time to do. I’m trying to warn others so that they will be ready when…”the bridegroom comes.”

There are many in this world who don’t even know Jesus Christ, let alone that He is coming back. We need to do all that we can to get the word out, and tell whoever will listen all about it so that they can have a chance to know for themselves.

Two years ago, I started a blog teaching about the “end-times.” I am thrilled when I see now that people all over the world are reading the things that I am writing…Even in China!

(Matthew 24:14. “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come”).

I’ll make you a deal. I spend countless hours studying the New Testament regarding the end-times. This study is all written out in my blog postings at www.riverwilde.blog .

First and foremost, ask God to help you get past the feeling of being uncomfortable learning about the end times. Trust Him that He will assist you in eliminating that emotion.

Then, come to my blog, or research for yourself, and learn more about what is going to happen in the end-times. Once you feel comfortable enough, start sharing this information with others…Warning them, just as we’ve been asked to do.

I don’t even care if you want to forward my blog writings, or even copy and paste them into an email for someone, calming that you are the author. =) If it makes it easier, Do It!

So, why do we need to know about this? Why can’t we just let it happen without thinking about it?

Well, first there’s that responsibility that you have in warning others, you know those that you love, to prevent them from making stupid mistakes.

But I’d like to share a “Jewel” that I have discovered that answers this question ever at a greater depth.

We get through the fear of what’s coming by learning to trust God. I felt that the fear that I was feeling was important. It made me throw myself at Christ asking for a solution. The more I learned, and exercised my faith in Him the stronger I felt. Through this process I have learned that this “new depth” of Faith and Trust is the armor that I will need to put on prior to navigating through the end times. I don’t know now what I would do without this newfound armor.

I’ve also learned through study, about the things that God has planned to protect us. When the “Tribulation Period” comes, I will quickly skip the fear, put on my armor of faith and trust, and follow the plan that God already has in store for me. I will continue with that faith and trust regardless of any dangers that might lie ahead.

I’m comforted with the story of Daniel in the lion’s den, and Jonah in the whale of the belly. I KNOW that God can create a miracle for me, just as He has done for those two me. The scriptures are filled with stories of God protecting and even rescuing others. Why would I be any different? I have Faith and Trust that God will see me through until the very end.
