JUDY NOTE: President Biden admitted that the New Years Day Las Vegas and New Orleans terrorist attacks were done by ISIS. A while back President Trump claimed that Obama (along with his sidekicks Biden and the Clintons) started, funded and presently ran ISIS.

ISIS’s funding was believed to come out of the CIA Black Budget. The CIA ran their Military Special Operations Mind Control Program with ISIS out of Fort Bragg North Carolina.

The New Years Day Terrorist Attacks showed that the CIA Mind Control Program was alive and well at Fort Bragg.

Las Vegas Cybertruck Explosion Suspect, former Army veteran Matthes Livelsberger served at Fort Bragg, as did the New Orleans terrorist suspect former Army veteran Shamsud Din Jabber, while attempted Trump assassinator Ryan Routh visited Fort Bragg over 100 times before he tried to kill Trump.

All three suspects were suspected to be Mind Controlled through the CIA. The purpose of CIA mind-control programming was to secure life-long power over an individual and/or to create super spies, terrorists and assassins. Survivors of the program say it involved international drug, child kidnapping, sex abuse and exploitation networks run by the Vatican’s Ninth Circle Satanic Cult.

That would explain why the US Military contracts with the private agency Dyncorp to traffick children (Steve Bannon on Telegram, Google Cynthia Mckinney and Bosonia).

CIA Mind Control was brought into the US after World War II, along with several of Hitler’s Nazi Mind Control experts. The Satan worshipping, Pedophile, Child Sacrificing torture techniques used on children to split their thinking patterns into multiple personalities, were believed to be the very basis for former President George W. Bush helping to set up the CIA in the 1950s.

The CIA program known as MK-ULTRA consisted of 149 sub-projects, plus another 33 closely related programs. There were 80 participating US and Canadian institutions including 44 colleges and universities. All were, and it is suspected, were presently funded by US taxpayers through a CIA black budget.

Subjects of the program were mainly children born into multi-generational families who had been prepared for the CIA Mind Control Program through sexual abuse and torture throughout their childhood. Multiple personalities controlled by the perpetrator could occur in the developing brain of a child subjected to such prolonged trauma.

According famed Whistleblower Julian Assange, the CIA and FBI were both terrorist organizations that have been so weaponized against the American people:

9/11 wasn’t the only inside job, and with the New Years Day Las Vegas and New Orleans terrorist attacks possibly done by a CIA controlled ISIS, and the Jan. 6 incident possibly being infiltrated by FBI terrorists, it certainly wouldn’t be the last.

C. JUDY NOTE ON EXCHANGING CURRENCY AND REDEEMING ZIM BONDS:

To Whom It May Concern:

I do not profess to be an expert on currency exchanges and ZIM Bond redemption, but I am often asked about the process. Therefore, it is my personal opinion and understanding that:

The White Hat Military is in charge of the exchanges.

The White Hat Military has access to all of our personal information on their new Quantum Computer. They know changes in your address, phones, email addresses, what and where currency and ZIM Bonds were bought and who bought it.

Only you can exchange your currency and ZIM Bonds and set up your personal account on the Quantum Financial System. It is done through your DNA and Body rhymes.

Everyone is receiving the same rates on the currency, although you can ask for the Dinar Contract Rate, while the rate on the ZIM Bonds is determined by your personal Humanitarian Project.

No one can negotiate special rates for you.
