Phase 3: The Democrat Party’s leadership of Barack Hussein Obama, ‘Obama Care’, his weaponized Federal Agencies, and the Department of Defense Division DARPA to escalate the GAIN-OF-FUNCTION research and continue the experimenting on live humans in conjunction with the Rothschilds, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Obama Foundation, Bill and Hillary Clinton Foundation, Bilderberg Cabal of Domestic and Global Elites, the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, and the Criminally Organized World Health Organization (1), Vatican, British Crown, and Central Bank, the Chinese Communist Party’s Military, Big Pharma, etc..
